Europe’s largest and most significant cross-sector business recognition program, the European Business Awards celebrate excellence, best practice and innovation in companies across the European Union. cleverbridge represents Germany in the Employer of the Year Award category as it heads into the second phase of the competition.
Now in its 8th year, the European Business Awards received over 24,000 entries from businesses from 33 European countries this year. All National Champions for the ten award categories are selected by a panel of judges made up of Europe-wide business leaders, academics and entrepreneurs. cleverbridge was selected in the Employer of the Year category, which recognizes companies that have the ability to inspire and motivate their staff by enabling career expansion, are committed to equal employment opportunity and understand the importance of a work-life balance.

From the National Champions shortlisted in September, the European Business Awards judges will name the Ruban D’Honneur winners in February 2015. In addition to the standard judging process, all of the National Champions will also take part in a public vote to decide ‘Public Champions’ for each country as well as one overall European Public Champion.
