If your organization is sales tax exempt, you will need to obtain a cleverbridge document ID.
To receive a cleverbridge document ID, please provide us with your exemption certificate or you can complete the applicable form by using the following link to obtain a document ID. You must answer all the questions specific to the type of exemption applicable to your organization as well as select the state in which you qualify for sales tax exemption.
The completed form can be faxed at +1-312-376-1854 or emailed to email@example.com. Please note it may take up to 1 business day to review your exemption certificate.
