E-commerce Expertise

Christian Blume – CEO

As a founding member of cleverbridge AG, Christian has been a seasoned professional in the e-business industry since 1998. Christian previously worked as the General Manager of FERI Digital Investor GmbH and Director of Product Management at a leading e-commerce provider. Christian holds a Masters of Economics Degree from the University of Bonn, Germany.

Martin Trzaskalik – CTO

Martin brings more than 10 years of experience in software development and e-commerce operations. Before founding cleverbridge AG, Martin served for 7 years as Director of Product Development at a leading e-commerce provider where he was in charge of developing, maintaining and operating an out-sourced e-commerce platform for the software and shareware industry.

Oliver Breme – CFO & General Counsel

Oliver started his career as a founding member of an IT security company that specializes in technologies for the validation of financial transactions and invoicing documents before working for a leading e-commerce provider on the expansion of the business into different verticals. Prior to joining cleverbridge, Oliver worked for several years for a premiere Silicon Valley law firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, technology transactions and intellectual property. Oliver holds degrees from the School of Law and Economics of the University of Bonn, Germany, and Stanford Law School.

Peter Blunck – VP Sales & Marketing

Peter’s career in the e-business industry began as an account manager of Europe's leading e-commerce provider. He was quickly promoted and by January 2003 was the Vice President of International Sales acting as an advisor to the Executive Vice President. Peter is a seasoned sales person with more than 16 years of experience in software sales. Peter is a founding member of cleverbridge AG.

Craig Vodnik – VP Operations

Craig’s professional experience began in 1995 as the Webmaster of the Chicago Tribune, where he was instrumental in launching the newspaper onto the internet. He has worked in the financial services, advertising and e-commerce industries as well as several internet start-ups during his career. At Europe's leading e-commerce provider, Craig held the position of Project Manager, North America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and is a founding member of cleverbridge AG.
