cleverbridge knows how to have fun. We are a community of hard-working professionals, but when we aren’t working, we’re enjoying each other’s company at a variety of celebrations and social gatherings.
In Cologne...
When mild temperatures prevail, the roof of our office transforms into the social center. The roof’s barbecue grill plays host to many meals and gatherings. Our location in the city center provides breathtaking city views as a backdrop to these social gatherings.
For those who enjoy a competitive sports match, employees team up to play in a foosball tournament of champions. During breaks of the workday, our team practices to be one of the city’s best. The city-wide league takes cleverbridgers around Cologne to compete against other groups.
Climb up to the fifth floor of our office and challenge a co-worker to a match on our table tennis court. At the end of the workday, or during lunch breaks, employees engage in friendly competition at the table. And for the dedicated table tennis athletes, we host an annual tournament to crown a cleverbridge champion in three different skill levels.

In Chicago...
Each spring the Chicago office hosts an epic team building competition, the Amazing Race. A group of volunteers organizes the physical and mental challenge. The sometimes outrageous, and often hilarious, tasks take participants across the city of Chicago.
Every month, when we aren’t celebrating birthdays, employees partake in a ‘Taste of cleverbridge’ lunch. Teams of three volunteer to create a menu and turn the office into a five-star restaurant. From vegetarian to meat lovers, lunchtime is transformed into an office-wide feast that lets our culinary masters show off and everyone else enjoy some amazing meals.
When warm temperatures heat up Chicago’s Lake Michigan, cleverbridge employees hit the sand to play beach volleyball. Employees turn into cheerleaders to encourage their colleagues in the tournament.

Social Responsibility
Social responsibility is not explicitly outlined to cleverbridge employees upon orientation, but it is an ever present facet of cleverbridge life. We encourage participation in community fundraisers by offering partial financial backing to employees who want to get involved. Each December, our offices in North America and Europe hold drives for local charities. The Chicago office supports the Salvation Army and Cologne collects toys for Wünschdirwas.
When cleverbridge holds company-wide celebrations, they are regularly focused around philanthropy. Our company-wide annual anniversary festivities benefit domestic charities.
